The Hard To Abate call has been published: the incentive for the decarbonisation of production processes in highly polluting sectors
Su proposta del Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica, la call Hard-To-Abate rappresenta un importante incentivo rivolto alle imprese che operano in settori inquinanti e difficili da riconvertire, come il cemento, le cartiere, la ceramica e l’industria del vetro. In particular, possono beneficiare delle agevolazioni le imprese di qualsiasi dimensione, anche in forma congiunta, and research organizations (as co-proposal) who intend to implement an industrial decarbonisation plan.
financial endowment: 1 miliardo di euro su fondi PNRR Il 40% of resources is intended for the implementation of projects and interventions aimed at replacing more of the 90% of methane and fossil fuels in low-carbon hydrogen production processes. Furthermore, il 40% of resources is reserved for the Abruzzo Regions, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardegna e Sicilia. Il finanziamento viene concesso nella forma di contributo a fondo perduto e ogni progetto deve prevedere costi e spese ammissibili non inferiori a 500.000 euro.
