The third edition of Summer School Design and construction of wooden structures (25 e 26 June 2024, Old Calabria Torre Camigliati, Camigliatello Silano (CS)) aims to present and share focus on increasingly current issues in relation to wooden construction, to innovation and its developments, proposing a technical-didactic approach compatible with stringent technical regulations also in terms of green transition and digital transition.
The technical contents will be explored in depth through opportunities for discussion and active collaboration aimed at optimizing the design solutions: the aim is in fact to provide theoretical tools and practical solutions to the students, to actively contribute to training of highly qualified personnel, functional to the rise of the wooden building sector and the entire supply chain connected to it.
The training offer is divided into four thematic modules:
- Modulo 1: Actions to support the forest-wood supply chain
- Modulo 2: Programming, planning and management of the forest-wood supply chain
- Modulo 3: The forest-wood supply chain to support the design and construction of wooden structures
Participants will be able to:
- deepen your knowledge of a rapidly growing sector;
- acquire practical and theoretical skills for the design and construction of wooden structures;
- become highly qualified professionals required by the market;
- contribute to the transition towards more sustainable and innovative construction.
