Green HoMe organizes the Course for Certified Real Estate Evaluator, 120 hours between October and December.
The Course of Certified Real Estate Appraiser is aimed at providing the participant with the necessary skills, knowledge and skills in the real estate appraisal market, dimostrate con la certificazione rilasciata in conformità alla UNI standard 11558 by an ISO accredited body 17024.
The certification consiste nel superamento di un esame (written and oral exam) differenziato in funzione del livello professionale che si intende conseguire:
- Basic level, for the valuation of properties that do not involve particular estimation methods and for which it is possible to calculate the value by means of a market comparison , direct capitalization or the cost criterion;
- Advanced level, for the valuation of all types of real estate also using complex financial methods, such as financial capitalization and discounted cash flow.
Il conseguimento della certificazione rappresenta uno strumento di qualificazione per lo svolgimento di un’attività professionale presso istituti di credito, law courts, real estate companies, supervisory bodies, auditing firm.
The course is aimed at Architect Engineers, Experts, Surveyors and will be activated with a minimum of 20 participants.
Il corso è organizzato dal Polo di Innovazione per l’edilizia sostenibile Green HoMe in collaborazione con l’Istituto Italiano per la Certificazione della Qualità e si svolgerà fra ottobre e dicembre per una durata complessiva di 120 ore. Il termine ultimo di iscrizione è il 20 September.
Le quote di partecipazione sono pari a:
- Standard: 2.000,00 € VAT included
- Aggregates: 1.300,00 € VAT included for professionals and employees of companies associated with Polo Green HoMe
The registration fee includes the costs for:
- access the certification exam with the IICQ accredited body for both basic and advanced level;
- possibly repeat the final exam;
- make the transition from basic to advanced level;
- inclusion in the national repertoire and maintenance of registration for 6 years
- acquisition of the certificate and window sticker to be exhibited.
