  • Instruments for monitoring and analyzing microclimatic parameters, such as indoor climate data and comfort data, with programmable multiacquisitor;
  • Instrumentation for the survey and evaluation of gas concentrations, by means of a photoacoustic monitor and programmable multiacquisitor;
  • Instrumentation for the evaluation of acoustic parameters, by means of integrating sound level meter, real time acoustic analyzer, dodecahedral acoustic source, normalized acoustic generator of impact noise, software Sound Plan;
  • Instrumentation for the evaluation of lighting parameters, by means of Luxmeter and programmable multiacquisitor.

Activities:

The LEA carries out research activities with particular reference to the following aspects: thermophysics of buildings and environmental control of confined spaces; environmental sustainability of the construction sector; thermohygrometric well-being in confined spaces; environmental acoustics; quality of museum environments; atmospheric pollution and analysis of emissions from means of transport.

The Laboratory also provides energy and environmental analyzes and consultancy in the field of energy and environmental certification, of energy saving in buildings, of the measurements of environmental parameters in the external environment and in confined environments, of acoustic investigations.
